2011 Benefit Banquet (September 19 & 20 – keep your calendar open!)
Our annual Benefit Banquet evenings, held Monday and Tuesday, September 19 & 20,2011 is an opportunity for our donors, community, and volunteers to learn more about our ministry, and how we are impacting the youth of Lebanon. We explain our mission and our goals, clearly defining our purpose, passion, attitude, and expectancy in the minds of our supporters. We will announce our next big step and ask you how you might fit or play a role in this step. Maybe you can volunteer in some capacity, provide financial donations, pledge financial support, and pray for the needs of the ministry.
Whatever your participation in this ministry, we ask you to attend our upcoming September banquet. Registrations will be open August 15, 2011. See our Events Page to register for one of our two nights.
We will accept:
Table Hosts – a committment to invite others and fill a table of ten. Your table of guests can be managed right on our website when you register as a host. Question, contact Joanne at 717.272.5106 x304.
Sponsorships – available for $200. Your name or business will be advertised in our banquet program, power point presentation at the banquet, and website. Payment will ensure your enlistment.
Guest Reservations – you can reserve your seat(s) directly via Ministry Sync. Click on the link for the night you wish to reserve!
