Junior High

It’s not easy being a junior high student. Peer pressure, school work, busy schedules, family issues, and difficult decisions are enough to drive anyone crazy. Junior High Club is the place where junior high students can cut loose and have a blast with their friends. It is an exciting mix of upbeat music, crazy contests, and wild games. Each student also leaves with a message from God’s Word that relates to them personally and challenges them to live life passionately.

Junior High Club takes place Tuesdays, at our Willow Street location 6:30–8:30 p.m. Doors open at 6:15pm and close at 6:45pm.  For more information, call Michael Dodson at 272-2400 ext. 403.

Weekly youth programs are the core of our ministry to the students in our community. These programs are geared to students from 1st through 12th grade; they are free and are open to any young person.  Our programs typically consist of games, snacks, small group activities, tutoring, and age appropriate Bible lessons. We create environments where every young person can feel safe and respected.

True to our name (Youth For Christ), our staff and volunteers make this a kid-friendly place. In addition, we want to see Jesus transform children and teenagers, in all aspects of their lives—faith, education, relationships, etc. We foster opportunities to develop positive mentoring relationships with students, which we believe is key to fulfilling our vision.

Students interested in attending one of our programs must fill out a Parental Consent Form and Medical Form/
Forma del Consentimiento de los Padres y Formulano Médico.
